Undesirable behaivour, not a bug was created by Luis Daniel Lucio Quiroz
i think i found , not a bug, but an undesirable behaivour in os-membership
a user, for first time, subscribes, using a recurring payment plan, and he/she gets free trial days, then he/she cancels just before paypal charges him/her,
1 or 2 days later, he re-news his/her subscription, and he/she gets again the free trial days
Unfortunatelly, for us giving trial days is the way to let people get in our product, and it will damages us if we remove trial day. However, there should be an option to dont give again trial days .
as a workarrond to this, is it a way to let a user to subscribe to a plan only once? there is an option to hide a plan if we detect that user has already took it before?

But as far as my understanding, Enable Renewal will only block to get again the recouring plan, right?
I want they can subscribe but without trial period if they are not first timers

Set Enable Renewal to No will prevent users from renewing the subscription (or re-subscribing it when it is expired).
So when the free trial expired, Paypal will charge users automatically, they don't get a chance to re-sign up for the plan (so that they get free trial again)
Hope it is clear to you.
Regards,
Tuan

It is clear but it is not what i want
i need that if a user subscribes for second time to play A (plan A has trial period), it accepts renewal, but not giving trial period (because trial period was given in their first attemp)
However, i review configuratiosn, and i see i can classify in some categories plans, so i can make visible some plans for registered users, and for guesses, this is an easy workarround, what do you think?
