Users Disabled when Membershiop Expires was created by Alena Moison
Hello,

I am using Membership Pro version 1.6.2.

When a membership expires in Membership Pro, the user (in Joomla's User Manager: Users) is disabled (see image attached)

Because this has happened they are not able to log in to renew their membership, instead they get en error that says

"Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet."

In fact, their account is still active it is just disabled.

Is there a way to keep this from happening so that even after their account has expired they will still be able to go in and renew it at least?

Go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find the plugin "OS Membership User". In that plugin, see the parameter Block account when subscription expired, set it to No.

From now on, expired users won't be blocked anymore and It will solve the issue you are having.
