Registration Intergration

whenever I enable the registration integration joomla error HTTP 500 internal server error occurs and I cannot reload the frontend or backend.
I usually have to reload a copy . I am assuming I need this module so that if a person who already have an subscription account do not have to re-enter their information because it would auto populate,

That's strange and none of our customers have issue like this before. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site. I will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.
