Hi,

when a member registers for a new membership, and invoice is being sent. For payment, our members usually use cheque payment.

Where and how can we register the payment once we receive it?

Hi

You mean you are using offline payment ? If so, when you receive payment, please edit the subscription record, set status to Active and It will work well !
