Importing issues

Hi,

I have som problems importing subscribers. I would like you to take a look at it.

At first I don't think the describtion of the import csv file is explained specific enoug. I have som trouble with the 'date' fields, the 'plan' field, the 'username' and the 'status' field. They don't come in right.

Another thing. When I import the same import file two times they all come double. I thought that the just update the user.

Can you help me out here?

Please send us admin account of your site, the csv file you want to import. I will ask my dev to check your csv file to see what's wrong and import it for you.
