I want to change the width of left coloum in the user detail page in the backend. I cant find it....

Please try to edit the code in the file administrator/components/com_osmembership/views/subscriber/tmpl/default.php to make it works in the way you want.

If you cannot make it works as expected, please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can help you to do the modification
