The import is not right was created by Rudy Madsen
I created some custom fields in membershipPro. I want to import 160 members into the system. I have defined a CSV file with all the data I want to import.
Imports progressing well, but several fields will not be imported.
When the import is complete, I will see the details in the backend, but more fields are not visible and not my custom fields.
Why do not I see my custom fields?
Why are not all data imported?

Hi Rudy

Maybe the format of csv file is incorrect. Please send us admin and FTP account of your site , send us csv file. We will check the file and import it for you.

Hi Tuan,

I found out that the csv file was incorrect. I will try to import again. If I run another import will the new override the first import?

The other issue I mentioned in the first message about the fields in the backend. Could you give me an answer to that?

And the last one about the file for design the backend subscriber detail page. I want to redesign it. How to do?

Regards
Rudy

Tuan, I just did a big import. Had to do it several times. You need to correct your documentation on this. The header for the plan should be "plan" (without quotes) not "Plan" (without quotes) as indicated in the documentation. That capital P caused me some grief!

Also, I THOUGHT that I had the code for Expired, when in fact those who came in with expired dates got changed automatically to Pending. Now I have 100 pending people to go through. I wish there were a quick way on the Subscribers screen to change a bunch of people's status at one time.

Your docs and the software in places misspelled the word Expired. You will probably want to fix this.

It was a bit of a chore to get stuff formatted correctly (nothing to do with your software), but once I did and I did the import a number of times, I finally got it right.

However, I just heard from a user that they got multiple "plan expires soon" messages, so I guess every time I import it generated this email. OOOPS! Maybe there's a way to suppress this in the future?

Great Keith. Thanks for sharing the information, maybe I am from Windows envirentment and didn't see the error.

For the issue with plan expired messages, go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find and unpublish the OS Membership - Reminder plugin during the import and it should solve the issue.

Tuan
