Joomsocial and Integration with Membership Pro

Tuan,

I am trying to set up my membership pro in the following way.

When a visitor goes to Jomsocial, they click on the button to register for a new account (in jomsocial, the default button says “Sign Up for Free” on the website), when you click on it, it doesn’t take you to a section to view the type of membership to choose from. It takes you to the jomsocial registration, and when you finish, there are no choices for membership.

How do I have membership pro integrated into Jomsocial, so that when they click to create an account (in Jomsocial), that it gives them the options to subscribe to a membership?

Sorry Jim. You forgot to attach the screenshot and I don't really understand your requirement. Could you please re-upload the attachments so that I can look at it and give you the exactly answer ?

Hmm

Seems the file is not uploaded for some reasons. However, could you please go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find and publish the OS Membership - Registration Redirect plugins. After that, when users click on the link to sign up in Jomsocial, they will be redirected to Membership Pro to choose the plans they want to sign up. Will that work ? Please try !

I have already done this. It is activated.

Could you please check and make sure you published the plugin "OS Membership Registration Redirect" ? If you publish that plugin, the issue should not happen.

Tuan, I have same issue. Here's problem: if I enable the "OS Membership Registration Redirect" plugin then Jomsocial registration comes after payment. In the payment area there are fields for username and password which is what Jomsocial should be doing. If we disable "OS Membership Registration Redirect" then we can register and login via Jomsocial without any payment pages at all.

Sorry, it is unclear to me. Could you please explain what you are trying to do ? How you want it to work ?
