Ordering another subscription with the same email was created by cindy travers
Is it possible to allow people to order additional memberships using the same email address without logging in?

Hi Cindy

Unfortunately, it is not possible. If he want to order an additional membership, he will need to login before continue the subscription. The reason is because if you don't login, the extension has know why to find and assign the subscription to that account.
