Some fields in invoice not converting

Hi team,
I'm trying to create an invoice but some of the fields like
[FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME] are not converting to the real text.

It seems strange characters were inserted to the message. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and correct it for you ?

I have the same issue. I created a ticket about this, hope this will be solved.

I believe I replied you via support ticket with the solution. Basically, [FIRST_NAME], [LAST_NAME], [SUBSCRIPTION_DETAIL] is not supported, you can simply use [NAME] tag.
