Hi Guys,
I need your help.
I have implemented membership pro in my site, all function are working fine.
I am having issue with email sending module, not receiving any email while any user sign up with plan or renew a plan.
There is bookstore section in this site where email function is working properly.
Please guide me in this issue.

We have already replied to your query yesterday in the support ticket system ( joomdonation.com/tickets/view/12288.html )- This is what we had replied.
Please look in to it and get it sorted out.

I am using paypal for payment. After signing up a plan it take me to paypal site for payment and after successful payment. It redirect to our site with message
Subscription Complete
user details with Transaction ID.
But we don' get any notification on the email.
Subscription records of this member is Active. I have attached a member status screenshot for your kind reference.
I am using SMTP account for emails.
Please let me know if you need any other information.

Hi Daniel
As I replied via support ticket, could you please try to go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, epmty the From Name and From Email config option (so that the system will use From Name and From Email settings in Global Configuration of Joomla) to send emails.
After that, please check it again and let me know the result !

Hello I have the same issue. I am not receiving any emails. I had a registration completed with the two fields you suggested left blank and still did not receive the emails.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site? We will need to check the mail settings on your site, make sure it works for you !
