Guest Buyer Problem

Hi, I just had a subscriber subscribe and after paypal they couldnt gain access to the site. When i checked their user it was 'guest buyer' They said they had no choice of user name etc and the guest buyer didnt go

Any help appreciated as its a bit urgent now
