Email Format

When registering or extending a subscription, the layout of the emails that are being sent doesn't show up in the emails as it has been configured.

a) my company logo doesnt show up in the emails
b) links are not being linked, I just get plain text in the emails..

is there anything I can do about it?

I know the solution for this problem. Will edit the code and send the modified version to you (which solve the issue on tomorrow).
