Membership Pro causes Joomla 3.1.5 not to display

I am trying to load the Membership onto the new site we just upgraded to. The site is Joomla 3.1.5 but every time I do an install it displays only a blank page on both the frontend as well as the backend. I read and see the component is made for Joomla 3.0 so I am wondering if I am doing something wrong or is there an issues with installing it on the latest version?

This issue happens on Joomla 3.1.4 and 3.1.5 (there is a small change in Joomla core causes the issue). I am working to get it sorted at the moment and will have it done within one hour.

Please send an email to services@joomdonation.com, send me admin and FTP account of your site. I will check and install the latest version (which fixes the issue shortly).

Please could you help me too. I have replied to emails from Tuan and service desk and have sent my details as requested for Tuan to be able to install the com_membership module to my Joomla 3.1.5 site.

Every time I've tried to install this module myself, I get a sql error indicating missing tables. I itemized all this in my emails a week or more ago and still haven't had a further response after I followed a suggested solution. I still can't resolve it myself or by talking to my host provider Blue Host.

Please could you therefore help me finish the Membership Pro installation or confirm to me that the Membership Pro package I've been sold is incompatible with Joomla 3.1.5. (It looks from the content of the Men Pro package that it is 1.6.4 or v2.0 as far as I recall).

Update: For some reasons, one of the database table was not created when you installed the extension. I had to uninstall it, then install it again and It works OK now. Could you please go to your site to check it and let me know the result?
