Hi,
For some reason translations are not showing up when site is switched to Turkish and Russian languages.

How do I fix it ?
Also, Even if I register using Turkish or Russian language, e-mail messages are sent in English.
How do I fix it? Is it possible to define language used while registering as a realtor or company?

It seems there is problem with the link at the moment. I could not access to the links to view the images, so I will check it again when I wake up on tomorrow morning.

No Lola. Working on it right now. There are also seems some changes in Joomla 3.1.4 and It causes some issues as well (Joomla core team has to release 3.1.5 to fix it but I still need to test it carefully). Please wait for me.

The issue which you mentioned in this forum post happens because you haven't translated the title of these custom fields yet. Please go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, edit one custom field for example. On edit screen, you will see a tab called Translation . You can enter data into that tab to translate these custom fields into the two other languages.
Please do the translation. After that, it will work as expected !

Update : We checked it ourself and found that the email is sent in correct language. Maybe the reason it didn't work for you before is because you haven't translated the messages yet (we see the translated messages now).
