Upgrade link

Hi,

I am not sure how to create an upgrade link to allow a member to upgrade from an existing subscription to another. could anyone point me in the direction?

I also would like to know if I wish to remove a user from a group after an upgrade which file would be best to update to implement this feature?

I though an upgrade was a standard scenario? or should I be looking a different plugin and request a refund?

I am sorry. I forgot to answer this forum question.

To allow subscribers to upgrade from their subscription to different plans, you will need to create a menu item to link to User Profile view of the extension. Subscriber can then access to that menu item, see his subscriptions and perform the ugprade. Could you please try ?

Infact, I am still thinking about improving the upgrade process. It seems access to subscription history (or profile) to process upgrade is not very easy.

Display an upgrade button when users view the subscription plan seems easier for end-users. How do you think about it ?

Thanks for your feedback. I would not have found that.

I agree with you regarding placing the upgrade button subscription details screen. We want to make the upgrade process as easy as possible so we can encourage people to upgrade.

However, I noticed that I cannot make the upgrade rule for $0. I don't want to charge people for upgrade. is there away to do this?

so i can put it anywhere on any page I like to encourage people to upgrade there account ??

Also when the user upgrades there account, can you make an option so that the new plan charge, reacuring rates, to the upgrade
so for eg, user A upgrades there account from a free trial to a leval 1 access witch costs $40 join up and $30 a month and gain level 2 access.

also when you upgrade the user has to enter in all his account information again can you make it so it just pulls this from the data base
??
