At the moment I'm offering a 'one month free' membership to my website. Is there a way to stop members being able to sign up to this plan again once it has expired? I want it so that once the free month is up they then have to pay to continue being a member. I have other plans set up but the option is still there to have a month free once their membership expires. Not sure if there is a solution to this other than taking away the option of one month free altogether? Hope you can help.
You can edit the subscription plan, set Enable Renewal to No and subscribers won't be able to renew their subscriptions for this plan when it is expired !
