"You are not allowed" notification translation

I've translated all words, but the "you are not allowed to acces..." is still in English.
I've searched through php-files, butI can't find out where I can translate these lines.

That message is defined in a different language files (I think I will need to find a way to change it for the next version to allow users to change it easier).

For now, please open the language file administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_osmembershipurls.ini and translate the message to what you want.
