Subscription History Link Inactive in User Profile

I have created a new test user, submitted a subscription and activated it. I have also created a menu link to the User Profile form. The Subscription History link on the user profile page is not active, however. What am I doing wrong?

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it ?
