Request Time Out Installing Membership Pro

I get the following error when trying to install Membership Pro:

Request Time-out
Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client.

Is there some php.ini or other server setting I need to change to fix this?

That's strange. We don't know why this issue happens. In this case, I think you should submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of the site. I will ask my developer to install it for you.

I solved the problem on my own by tweaking php.ini values.
