error testing on paypal was created by Scot Lester
I have created a sandbox paypal account to test registration, when I go through to PayPal I get the following error when signing in to pay.
"The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again."
Please advise?
Thanks
Scot

Hi Scot
I believe it is just something wrong with the settings of your recurring subscription plan. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator account of your site so that I can check and correct it for you ?

Hi Tuan:
I too am getting the same error. Not sure what the setting should be with both the renew and recurring. We are looking at having monthly payments, so 12 per year. Perhaps there is a place in your documentation and I did not see it. Would appreciate your assistance.
Thank you in advance.

Maybe the reason is because the account you are using for paying is the same with the account which will receive payment ? Could you please contact me via Skype so that we can check it together ? My Skype nick name is tuanpnves
Regards,
Tuan

I am having the same issue and receiving the following error: The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.
Was there any solution to this issue?

Hi:
Tuan showed me that for a recurring monthly payment using paypal, to set price for a 30 day period on left side and do not set up renew on the right side. The error went away. Not sure if that is what yo are looking for.

Hi Linda
I looked at the setting and found that the settings is correct. So I am thinking about something wrong with the Paypal account which receive payment (maybe recurring is not allowed for some reason).
Could you please contact me directly via Skype so that we can check it more detail ? My Skype nickname is tuanpnves. I think I will need you to switch your Paypal account to mine for testing purpose. If it is a problem with your Paypal account then you will need to ask Paypal for support
Looking forward to hearing from you !
