Members are Expiring?

I have numerous members expiring, and I'd like to know why this is happening? (They are all set to renew)...

Could you please check your site and and let me know :

1. Are the subscription plans set to recurring subscription or it is just one time subscription ?

2. What payment method you are using ?

Please note that if your subscription plans is one time subscription, customer subscription won't be renewed automatically. They will have to renew their subscription manually.
