After I had signed up for a new subscription i was sent an email that had a heading ‘Subscription Complete’ with details such as plan, dates of subscription, name and email however it didn’t have the username or password. I know this email shouldn’t have a password on it but is it possible to add the username to this email a subscriber receives in case they forget?
I agree that we should allow username on this email and will work on this improvement on tomorrow ! You should have it ready in the extension in about 24 hours from now !
This feature is now available in the extension. You can simply login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, see your order, download it, upgrade it to your site in order to use this feature.
