Hello,

Please help me to resolve issue with recurring subscriptions using PayPal.

I created subscription plan with the following properties:

Subscription Length: 30
Enable Renewal: Yes
Renew Options: none
Recurring subscription? Yes
Trial amount: 0.00
Trial Duration: 1 month
Number Payments: 0

Now, first recurring period for first customers is ended and I see user status became Expired, despite the fact that they were charged by PayPal day after subscription period. Transaction log contains records for expired users.

Here is the cut example of such record:
[04/21/2013 10:53 AM] - SUCCESS!
IPN POST Vars from Paypal:
txn_type=subscr_payment, payment_type=instant, protection_eligibility=Ineligible, payer_status=verified, payment_status=Completed, custom=22,
IPN Response from Paypal Server:
HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Why users became expired and remain expired?

Dear Dmitry

I believe we have this issue fixed two days ago. Could you please login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version, upgrade it to your site to get the issue solved ?

I'm developer and not site owner who bought plugin. Owner can't find where he can download an update.
Can you please give me instructions how to get it? I'll send it to site owner.

Hi Dmitry

You can ask him send me an email let me know his username on our website and the Paypal account he used to purchase the extension. I will check order, assign it to his account so that he can download it.
