My client just bought something using your API key in Authorize.net. It was in test mode.

Was she 'charged'? It granted her access.

If so, can we remove the charge?

Hi

If it is in test mode, then no charge is actual made, so I think you won't have to do anything. Maybe you just need to delete the subscription record.
