Edit Member profile?

Hi, if a member wants to update their profile information (address, phone #, etc.) how do they do this?

At the moment, this feature is not available. We planned to work on this feature but haven't had a chance to work on it yet. I will spend time to work on it next week and get the feature integrated into the extension within next week. Please wait for us !

Damn, user can't update their personal data in any way?
I've totally missed that thing before purchase the component and I'm very surprised about that.

Thank you. Yes, this feature is absolutely needed. Otherwise, site admins will be bombarded with requests to change member info.

Has there been any progress on this? We will need this asap as site cannot be signed off without this feature.

I will spend time to work on this improvement from tomorrow. So maybe you will have to wait 2 or 3 more days from now to have this feature ready in the extension (adding this feature will require several changes to the extension too, so it takes time).

Update : This feature is now available in the latest version of the extension. Please login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, see your order, download latest version from there and upgrade your site.

After that, you can create a menu item to link to User Profile view of Membership Pro. Subscribers can then access to that menu item, update their profile, see subscription history.... (see the attached image to see how this page looks like).

I have downloaded the update but when I try to install the extension I get "Unable to open archive ".

I am using Joomla 2.5.7 and it appears to be using the extension when I click on the Install button but eventually fails with the above message.

Do I need to uninstall the original? If so how do I backup the custom fields?

Strange. Other customers can still download and install it without any problem. I noticed you sent me an email, I will sent the extension to you via email soon !

Hi there,

I bought and installed Membership Pro today (15 June 2013).

While creating a menu item and link to user profile it shows the profile detalis but cannot edit or do anything it looks like it is a picture.

Can you help???
