Where did my other membership levels go?

I'm not sure what changed, but I have 3 Membership options, all published.

They all were on, and when I deleted a 4th option (I think this is when it changed) the modules went away.

Also, If you click for more details, it gives you Level 3 (when it should be 1) but the Link Level 1 gives you Level 1.

I'm very confused, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw that you are displaying plans with category id = 1. Could you please edit the other plans, make sure that these plans are assigned to the category ?

Everything was assigned properly, and everything is published.

I changed the name of the Category but that didn't help.

Open to other ideas.

Then in this case, please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site. I will check and solve the issue for you directly on your site. I believe it is just something wrong with the settings.
