Cannot get Membership pro to work - help please

Hello,

I am new to this thing. Before I purchased membership pro I had set the users to login and access an ebook by providing a link. I installed membership pro and tried to set up a free membership and I cannot get to work. I am even getting the following error:

SQL=SELECT url FROM mkhnv_osmembership_urls WHERE plan_id=1

I really need help as my project is overdue.

Update: Jabulane sent me an email with information of his site. After doing a quick check, I found out that one of the database table was not created during installation process for some reason. I created the database table by running the create table SQL via phpmyadmin and the issue was solved.
