Hi

What message you are talking about ? Could you please make a screenshot of that message so that I can guide you? If I understand your requirement correctly, you can simply go to Membership Pro->Configuration, look at Subscription renew messages tab, find the message and empty it ?

Okay I know where I can find the message Configurations, but I didn't know when I empty it that it wont send a message!

I thought it'll send an empty message.

And why creates it automatically the subscriptions for the future.
Can I switch off that too?

Hi

It seems you set Recurring Subscription field of that subscription plan to Yes and it becomes a recurring subscription. If you don't want the renewal happens automatically, you need to edit the subscription plan, set Recurring subscription to No.
