MP Restriction not working

Can someone help me and tell me what I am missing here? I have Membership Pro installed on a Joomla 2.5 site. I have 4 membership levels set up. All I want to do on this site is restrict the main part of the articles so that you have to be a subscriber to read them. I am using the content restriction plugin. Everything seemed to be working fine for a week after installing but now, none of the subscribers can read the articles, the green restriction banner is coming up even if an active subscriber logs in. I know I am missing something thats probably obvious here. When we are using the Article Content restriction plugin, we really aren't depending on the Joomla ACL system, are we? Because I don't see how that would be relevant. We are adding the Article Content plugin syntax, to the article that we are restricting, then the Membership Pro application determines who is able to see what. Is that correct? What am I doing wrong?

I am sure that it is just something wrong with your settings. In this case, please submit a support ticket :

1. Sending me administrator and FTP account of your site.

2. Send me the account of an active subscriber (username and password).

3. Send me the link to the article.

I will check it to see what's wrong here and explain the correction to you.
