Several questions was created by Vojislav
1) I will have a multilingual website, will there be a conflict if I have several instances of this module?

2) After you login with this module, what exactly does it say instead of showing the login form? Only the username or some options as well?

2) I need to have several custom fields, does this extension support all the fields in the image I attached? (there are 2 dropdowns, 2 options with radio buttons and also a checkbox agreement)

Hi

1) I will have a multilingual website, will there be a conflict if I have several instances of this module?

=> There will be no problem. However, do you know how to make a new instance (clone) of an extension? It is not really easy.

2) After you login with this module, what exactly does it say instead of showing the login form? Only the username or some options as well?

=> The extension will still use Joomla core Login module. It doesn't have it's own module.

3) I need to have several custom fields, does this extension support all the fields in the image I attached? (there are 2 dropdowns, 2 options with radio buttons and also a checkbox agreement)

=> The extension allows you to create custom fields. So you can create any custom fields you want here !

Regards,

Tuan

I meant just to duplicate the module and assign it a different language. Is this ok?

What modules you are talking about ? There are no problem making different instances of module but for the component it is not possible. At the moment, the extension doesn't support multilingual feature, so I am afraid of you will get difficult in this case.
