Custom Fields was created by Julie
Is it possible to make custom fields required for some plans, but not for others, without having to create a duplicate custom field for every plan?
For example:
We have 10 subscription plans.
On 6 plans, we require name, email, and mailing address.
On 4 plans, only name and email are required, mailing address is optional.
From what I've seen, it looks like I will have to create 10 custom field versions of mailing address (one for each plan) make 6 of them required and 4 of them optional and apply each one to the appropriate plan.
Is there an easier way? There are actually 6 fields that I need required on some plans, but optional on the other.
Thank you!

Hi Julie
Unfortunately, at the moment, the extension only allows assign a custom field to a subscription plan or to all subscription plans, so you are correct, you will need to create 10 different custom fields in this case (not very good).
I will consider improving this feature in the next release. For now, please use the solution which you mentioned .
