Renewal / Upgrade problem was created by Brian Moretta
Having a problem with renewals or upgrades. When I select 'Renew' (from Subscription History page) or 'Process Upgrade' (from subscription detail page) I get a 500 error and an unformatted page appears (screenshot attached.) Any ideas what's happening?

Also for the 'Choose Upgrade Option' dropdown on the Subscription Detail page the $ is appearing after the amount rather than before (selected in configuration and works elsewhere.)

In this case, please submit a support ticket so that I can check and solve this issue directly on your site. I could not re-procedure the issue on my local computer.

Seem to have sort of fixed the problem. So long as the Paypal module is published then it works ok. When the only method available is offline payment then the problem recurs. So am leaving the Paypal option there for now :)
