Membership Pro -- terms & conditions popup fails

I'm using YooTheme Catalyst and when I Check the Terms & Conditions, I don't get a popup but page with the wrong text.

This is the Terms & Conditions url:

mwlists.com/index.php/members/terms-conditions

Here is the element I click:

And then the goes here (no popup):

Maybe there are some javascript conflicts causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you .
