I will pay for a read-only custom field

I really need a custom field which will be display only (not editable by the member of my Website). I will use that field to assign each registered member a unique Member ID. That ID will be displayed but they cannot edit/change it.

I am willing to pay the developer of Membership Pro Component a fee for this new custom field.

I am also looking for info about which page to edit so that I can display a field on group registration page that frontend user can view but can't edit.
I need to manually enter payment info on backend but I don't want a registrant to be able to change the info I entered.

There will be some code modification needed in this case. Are you using Membership Pro or Events Booking extension? Do you know programming? Please let me know so that I can guide you more details.
