Issue regarding (not able to avoid) payment options for $0 plans was created by Sharn Sutherland
Hey There
I've been trying to get the hang of using Membership Pro on my Joomla site,
although I have another few extensions that seem to interfere with the Registration process,
I've tried making a custom registration form to solve the problem (not satisfactory),
So I tried redirecting the sign-up process to the plan selection via Membership Pro,
but I think that if the user selects the free $0 plan the payment radio buttons may be a put-off,
and it slows down the self-authorisation if they select 'offline payment' (as an IOU) ,
is there a way (to make an option) to switch this off for a low tier 'free' plan?
I'm hoping this is not a FAQ I have missed reading
Thanks

Hi
If you want to use this plan to allow users to register for an account on your site, please edit your subscription plan and :
1. Set Recurring Subscription to No
2. Set Lifetime to Yes
It should work for your need. You see these payment options because you configured the plan as Recurring. Set Recurring Subscription setting of the plan to No will address the issue
Regards,
Tuan
