Hello,

I have a service plan for selling textbooks, and I need to manually add purchase records for users in the backend. Every time I add an order, I have to calculate the total amount based on the purchase quantity, and then enter the Amount and Total Amount in "Subscription Manager: Add New Subscription > Payment Information," which I find inconvenient. Could we add a "Quantity" field, for example, when the unit price is $75, entering the quantity will automatically calculate the total amount and display it in Total Amount?

Thanks

Hello

When you create a new subscription record, please leave amount data empty. Then the system will save the subscription, the amount data will be calculated automatically by the system

Hi,

When I leave the Amount field blank, it only calculates as a single unit ($75 per book), without calculating the total for more than one, as there is no quantity field for me to input.

Thanks

I thought you created the field to allow entering quantity? You can try to handle it using custom fee fields, see docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/basi...ds/custom-fee-fields

Hi,

I am unsure how to utilize the custom fee fields, but I tried adding them to see, yet I still cannot see the added custom fee fields in the backend's Subscription Manager: Add New Subscription. Not sure where the error lies.

Thanks

So you are saying that the field is not being displayed when you add new subscription from backend? If so, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me ID of the field so that I can check

Tuan
