Enable setting specific user group permissions for action 'Refund Subscription' was created by Andrea Ferraroni
=11.0ptCurrently only super users, have the option to 'Refund' Subscription in Admin/Components/Membership Pro/Subscription view.
Would it be possible to add a separate action 'Refund Subscription' in Global Configuration for Membership Pro / User group permissions?

Right now the only way to let subscription managers to refund is to set Allowed in Configure ACL & Options.

I think configuring Payment Plugin should be allowed only by users with Configure ACL & Options enabled.
