Filter renewal reminder messages

Filter so that messages only go out to those that have not yet renewed.
Two cases:
-- renewed using the same plan
-- bought a different plan

Hello

1. When someone renewed the same plan, he won't receive reminder messages anymore

2. However, if he subscribed for the a different plan, he will still receive reminder message for old plan at the moment. I will try to find a solution for this use case in the future
