Sending Invoices

Hello,
following on and adding to joomdonation.com/forum/membership-pro-fe...invoices.html#141380

I am running OSM for an association (club) and don't have invoicing set up as standard because it isn't needed.  The subscription confirmation just says "please pay your membership fee into the following bank account . . . . . ".
However, every now and again someone asks for a formal invoice.

Is it possible to add a "(Re)Send Invoice" to the row of buttons along the top of the Subscription Manager: Subscriptions screen:
  
BUT ONLY when
Activate Invoice Feature = "Yes"

I would also very much like a button to re-send an invoice.
Or an invoice screen, where all invoices are listed, with an option to resend.

Such a button would be great in the subscribers overview page. Quick and easy "send invoice".
