Joomla/K2 Groups Settings plugin: Groups when subscription refunded

Hello,

We are using Joomla Groups and K2 Groups settings plugin.
The problem is we cannot configure settings for “When Subscription Cancelled/Refunded”.

“Groups when Expired” is not necessarily equal to “Groups when Cancelled/Refunded”.
(At least its different in our cases.)

It would be great if you can add extra settings for “When Subscription Cancelled/Refunded”.
