Lost Customer - Pending applications was created by Jeff
When a membership applications fails authorization from payment gateway the account although created remains pending.
Membership Pro should email the administrator notifying them that an application has failed authorization and is pending manual resolution.
If the system can't detect this because the payment gateway has not advised the application then running a script periodically to detect pending accounts and advising admin that new pending accounts are awaiting resolution.

I second that request. Admin should be notified via email if a new subscription is created and it's pending because payment failed through the respective gateway (eg. paypal).
