We are looking at switching from Acymailing to Sendy for a couple different sites. We would be interested in an integration to subscribe someone to a sendy list when they sign-up and remove them when their subscription expires (how the Acymailing plugin works, just for Sendy). We would also be interested in this for Event booking.
I do not know if there would be any interest or how hard this would be to implement. We might be willing to pay for this depending on how much it would cost.
Sendy has an API and it looks like some resources to pre-built wrappers. Links below.
