Add [FIRST_NAME & [LAST_NAME] in admin email titles was created by Lionel Charrier
Would it be possible to allow the tags [FIRST_NAME & [LAST_NAME] in admin email titles for new subscription and for subscription renewal ?

You can. Basically, any tags you can use in email body can also be used on email subject
