First, we love this extension!
It would be nice for larger member lists that feature custom fields, could use client-side sorting such as Isotope filtering to allow members to drill into lists to find specific people without leaving the page (from All plans to a specific plan only).
Currently, we have to create plan specific list links to reduce list sizes for members. We also have a bug, which once you visit one of the plan-specific member list pages, and then go back to the full memberlist (all plans), you'll only see the names of the people that you viewed on the previous specific plan.
