I would like to show additional payment information on the member's Subscription Details page, specifically:

Payment Method
Coupon code used
Date paid (although this I think this is the same as Created date)

How might I do that?

Sorry, it does indeed show the way I needed it to.
I was mistakenly looking at the subscriptions details of a free membership, which does not show payment method.

Members who actually paid do see that info in the details.
