[SALUTATION] in invoice

Hi Tuan,

would it be possible to activate the use of [SALUTATION] in invoices?

And by the way, why are invoices layed out as nested tables, like you need to do for responsive emails?
It that really necessary? It certainly makes editing more difficult!

1. What's [SALUTATION] you are talking about? Could you give me more information ?

2. Invoice is PDF file, it's not easy to build layout without using tables (because PDF, unless HTML, does not fully support css, only basic HTML, css code can be used to build layout for PDF). So for now, it must be tables (until we can migrate to a better library for generating PDF)

1. It's a custom field, found out that I can insert it with [OSM_SALUTATION]. That's fine, but with multiple entries I get "Mr., Prof., Dr. NAME".
Could we get rid of the comma's somehow?

Also on the invoice, if I country does not have states, N/A is printed on the invoice.
Can I get rid of that too?
