Add a note field for the users in the backend was created by Justyna
Hi, it happens that users ask me for a free extension and then.. they ask again and so on (I'm only ok with 1 month extension for free). Or sometimes they ask for a 6-month extension as they failed an exam and i offer pass assurance, so that is perfectly ok. It would be nice to know if I have already given them any extension so I was wondering if we could have an additional field, just for the back-end, where I can leave a note for myself or the team.
Would that be possible to be added in the next release?

You can do this already, you just need to publish the field.
Go to Custom Fields. Then scroll down to "Comment" and click on it to edit.
Change the following so it shows just in the back end to you:
IF you already use the Comment field for something where the user can leave a comment, you can always Save a Copy, and then rename the copied field title to something more useful, maybe in this case "Extension", and then use the settings above.

- Published: Yes

- Show on Sub... Manage...: YES
- Hide on renewal: Yes
- Hide on Email: Yes
