Activate Subscription (if Offline payment) in mass / without click on details

Hi

It would be comfortable for Admin to enable (acitvated) subscription for offline payment even without entering in the details of the subscription, just selecting the subscription and then on a "Activate" button.

I believe you can already do that. Just access to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, check on the checkbox next to the subscription records you want to approve, then press Publish button in the toolbar to have those selected subscriptions approved
