User Profile - Display Only mode

User Profile - Display Only mode was created by MBAS
I'd prefer that the User Profile opened in a 'Display Only' mode, where the User needs to select a control to put it into 'Edit/Update' mode.

I'm concerned that folks may inadvertently update their User Profile though they only intended to view it.
